Surrounding the bones and cartilage is strong, fibrous capsule lined with synovium,a thin membrane that lubricates the joint area with fluid.The end result is less friction or smoother rubbing together of the bones.This fluid also feds the cartilage cells, keeping them healthy, and is pumped into them during joint movement.

Thus lack of movement (activity / exercise) can be unhealthy.

Other parts of the body features involved with this arthritic scenario include muscles, tendons, ligaments, bursea and mental activity. Muscles, attached to bones with tendons and ligaments, move bones by contracting.

They also cushion movement, absorbing impact or shock. Throughout the muscle and tendon areas are bursae or sacs filled with fluid.

Becoming Debt Free Requires Desire

Don’t be under any illusions about this. Enormous self-discipline is required from you. The more you owe, the harder this will be, and the longer it will take.

You must genuinely desire to become completely and utterly debt free. Achieving such a difficult task is only possible if you’re 100% committed to it. Clearing your debts is an all or nothing decision. Ninety-nine percent is no good!

If you’re at the stage where you’d ‘like’ to pay off all your debts, I can tell you now that you won’t get very far. That’s nothing more than a vague pipedream that ranks up there with ‘I’d like to go to the moon’.

Make a promise to yourself to repay your debts as soon as possible. Get the bit between your teeth and keep plugging away at it until you’re completely and utterly DEBT FREE! Then vow never to borrow ever again!

Feed your desire to become debt free

Remind yourself how hacked off you are that you could have allowed yourself to get into such a mess. If you aren’t annoyed by the very existence of your debts, then I suggest you do whatever it takes to become that way, because:

1) If you still passively accept the fact that you’re in debt, you won’t have the motivation to get the job started and see it through to completion.

2) If you think that your debts ‘aren’t too bad’ you won’t have the willpower to keep chipping away at them when times get tough, and

3) If you still believe that debts are inevitable, then you’ll never be debt free. That, I can virtually guarantee!

You must be ready to do whatever it takes for as long as it takes. And once you’ve started, you must be prepared to keep going until you owe nothing. It could take months or even years. But that shouldn’t matter, because your sole focus should be on the day when you become free of debt.

There’s little point in trying hard for three weeks and then blowing all the extra money that you’ve saved to reduce your debts, on some ‘treat’ that you ‘deserve’.

Everything that you put towards reducing the size of your debt makes a difference. It should be enough of a treat to know that your total debt is becoming smaller with every day that passes and that you’re moving nearer to freedom from debt.

So, are you ready to beat your debts to death with every bit of money that comes into your possession over the weeks, months and even years that follow?

Desire and grim determination. Nothing less will do!

Before You Hire An Appraiser

Here are a few ideas that will help make for a smoother working relationship with the appraiser. Get the appraiser this information before he starts.

-Get a copy of the loan documents
-A copy of the sales contract
-He/she will need a copy of the deed and legal description
-Closet intersection and address of property
-A description of property improvements
-The existing owners name, address and phone numbers
-Rent roll (if its and income producing property)

Tell the appraiser what the appraisal is for. If you have some important information that would help the appraiser let them know what it is and get the information or data to him/her before he/she starts if possible.

Make sure before you hire an appraiser to find if any other lenders recommend him/her. Find out the types of projects he/she has done in the past. If your taking bids for appraisers make sure your going with the best qualified not necessarily the lowest price.
Do consider that you may not get from the lowest bidder everything you need. If you needed a correction you could have problems getting it.

Find out what each bidder offers that make up there bids, you’ll be surprised at the difference. Make sure before you contract with an appraisal firm who will be doing the
field work, inspections and reporting, you do want to know whether a trainee is doing most of the work.

Talk with the appraiser what you will need from the project your giving him/her. The appraiser needs to know what type of appraisal you need whether it’s a full appraisal or a limited appraisal. Make sure you have in writing what is required, expected and agreed upon.

Contaminants, from chlorine to aluminum, in our tap water supply have caused many consumers to abandon their taps for bottled water. But bottled waters have their own hazards. The acidic pH in many plastic bottled waters causes the plastic to leach into the water, particularly if the bottles have been sitting in a warehouse for a long time.

It’s important to drink waters that have a pH of 7.0 and higher, and preferably housed in glass bottles or safer plastics such as PET or PETE. Here are some excellent spring and artesian water choices: Mountain Valley Spring Water, VOSS Artesian Water, Fiji Natural Artesian Spring Water, Trinity Spring Water.
